## What is Temple?

Temple is a meditation and contemplative practice app for the moments you do not want to explain yourself to another person, but still need a place to land.

Open the app when your mind is racing, when your body feels tense, when you feel unseen, when self-doubt gets loud, or when you simply need a quiet practice that meets you where you are.

Say what is wrong in your own words. Grace, the voice you meet inside Temple, answers with a meditation for it.

Use Temple for:

- Anxiety, overthinking, and emotional overwhelm
- Self-esteem, confidence, and feeling like you belong
- Sleep, rest, and softening after a long day
- Trauma-aware affirmations written in plain human language
- Grief, burnout, loneliness, anger, and hard-to-name feelings
- Spiritual discipline practices inspired by contemplative traditions

Quick sessions are short, for when you have a few minutes. Deep sessions are longer and slower, for when you can stay a while. Both are guided by the same voice.

What is free and what is paid

Temple is free to download. A free account receives three Quick sessions and one Deep session each week, along with a selection of guided meditations and affirmation practices. The weekly allowance resets every Monday.

Temple Plus is a paid subscription. It opens unlimited Quick and Deep sessions, the whole meditation library, your ongoing thread with Grace, the letters and gifts she prepares for you, and your saved healing history. Temple Plus costs $5.99 per month or $39.99 per year.

Flow State is a separate one-time purchase of $2.99. It adds ten Quick meditations and three Deep meditations, which never expire and are used only after the weekly allowance is spent. Flow State does not renew and does not include Temple Plus.

Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple Account settings.

Temple never asks you to pretend you are fine. It asks what hurts, and stays with you. It helps you slow down, name what is happening, and remember that you are still a person worthy of care.

Temple is for personal reflection and contemplative practice. It is not a substitute for therapy, medical care, crisis support, or professional mental health treatment.
