## What is Temple?

Temple keeps you connected to your church between Sundays.

WHAT IS ON THIS WEEK
Your church's next gathering, service times and upcoming events in one place, instead of scattered across three group chats and a photo of a noticeboard.

YOUR ATTENDANCE
See the services you have been to and how many times you have gathered with your church this year.

ANNOUNCEMENTS
Updates from your church as they are posted, without hunting for them.

TESTIMONIES
Read what God has done for the people you sit next to, and share your own. Everything is reviewed by your church before anyone else sees it.

GROWING TOGETHER
Follow your discipleship journey, take a course your church has published, and offer or ask for a lift to a service.

BUILT FOR THE PEOPLE IN THE PEWS
This is the member app. It is quiet, it is small, and it does not ask you to do admin. There is nothing to buy in it.

Your church needs a Temple account for you to sign in. If you are not sure whether yours uses Temple, ask your church office.

## Version history (last 5 releases)

### 1.0.6 — 2026-10-22

A fresh look: one blue accent across the app, buttons with a soft blue glow, and a translucent header and tab bar.

Light mode by default, with dark mode still one tap away in Settings.

Sheets now slide up from the bottom and close with a swipe down, pull down to refresh your lists, and the keyboard no longer covers the sign-in form.

Announcements from your church can now include up to ten photos.

### 1.0.5 — 2026-10-06

Bigger, easier-to-read text that follows your iPhone's text size. See where you're serving and reply, see your small groups, register for events in one tap, and send private prayer requests to your church.

### 1.0.4 — 2026-09-28

- Announcements: a new tab shows your church's announcements in full, including flyers and links.
- A cleaner, darker look with easier-to-read text.
- Simpler tabs throughout the app.
- The Giving tab is easier to find your way around: history, recurring gifts, pledges and receipts each have their own tab.
- Edit your name and phone from My profile in the account menu.
- For church staff: more of your day-to-day tools are available in the admin view.

### 1.0.2 — 2026-09-24

• Opens noticeably faster, and works better on a weak connection.
• Event dates now show the right day, and the calendar no longer leaves its last week empty.
• Checking in is remembered when you reopen the app, and the screen no longer goes blank afterwards.
• If something fails to load you now see a Retry button instead of an empty page.
• Rides: your contact details appear as soon as a lift is confirmed, and buttons can't be pressed twice by accident.
• Signing out always works, even offline, and password-reset emails open the right page.

### 1.0.1 — 2026-09-21

• Checking in now stays open for the whole day of a gathering, instead of closing a few hours after the start time.
• If you belong to more than one church, the app remembers the one you opened and goes straight there. You can still switch churches any time from your account menu.
• Faster and steadier launch. The app no longer gets stuck on the loading screen when the connection is slow.
