I just got on the second map. It would take a week to complete one expedition due to less scrolls and runs compared to the first map. Waiting a week probably would be acceptable if your on the 5map but not the second. You get one chat with support then you can never create a new chat, they also never answer discord so there is no physical way to get a hold of anyone..
