It’s my favorite game right now but it freezes continually. Don’t know if it saves my prizes but have to delete the game from my cache I often restart my iPad and get very frustrated because I really love it and it takes so much time out of my play ### 3/5 — Bugs syncing with Apple Arcade *2026-08-08* I got this game on my iPhone first and then downloaded the Mac version on my M1 MacBook Pro. The phone version has been broken on and off for years. It seems to get into a state where it can’t sync correctly with the Apple Arcade server, and it hangs for long periods of time after finishing levels. My phone also gets super hot unless I put it in Low Power Mode. The Mac version isn’t as bad, but neither version is syncing correctly with Apple Arcade. I somehow only have 30 of the 44 Achievements, even though I’ve made it through the final levels and have played almost 25,000 levels altogether. I don’t think Scopely is updating this game any longer, seeing as the last update was a year ago, and they haven’t bothered to update the winter-themed icon. It’s a shame, because I do enjoy the puzzles as a little brain break, but the unfixed bugs and lack of support are frustrating. ### 3/5 — Mess *2026-08-03, version 4.1.0156* This game hasn’t been updated in forever and it shows. The game is fantastic and I love it. I guess I completed all the available puzzles and instead of starting back over from level one it’s giving me random puzzles over and over again but it’s the same random puzzles over and over again. Also game has been freezing up or crashing at the very end of a level and then you have to redo the same level even though right before it crashed I was about to win the level. I attempted to try it again, only to find it’s the same exact things broken. Phantom pieces impede progress, game crashes. However, I find the story, the levels and the rewards pointless. The diamonds you collect, why? Shows no value, you can’t spend them. The scoring in the level, stars, you don’t see the correlation to the moves you make and the star value. As well the automatic drop and pattern recognition is severely broken on combos more than four . I’ve seen many cases where a skull should have resulted to end up with a bomb or beetle. No warning, nothing unusual happens, just instantly back to my main iPad screen. I am currently on Stage 16962. Please fix because this is the only game I play daily. Level 1658 has a bug. Even when you clear the board, the game says you have 1 block left. I’ve tried scarabs, skulls with bombs and other combos and nothing works. Still have 5 to 11 moves left. I have plenty of screenshots that show the board is complete. I thought this would be fixed in the last update. Please fix because this is one of my favorite games.
