The game was fun, I spent hours on this hame. Recently, I changed my phone and want to continue to play with my new phone. However, it doesn’t allow me to unlock the full game like before. Please help.

I’ve ordered the table-top game version but discovered this app and am playing it in the meantime.  I’m only through the first temple so far (20ish levels), but the game is very enjoyable even when frustrating. As another reviewer mentioned, there are no hints or solutions offered. It can be frustrating BUT it’s also good that 1) you can’t “buy” your way out, there’s no pay-to-win option and 2) I know I’d give up more easily and use the hints if they were there, so I’m glad they’re not! This way I have to use my brain. I like it. I’ve been running around as the mummy (unlocked full version for free) and enjoying the challenge. So far they’re mostly easy or a bit tricky with a harder one every few levels.

I have bought the original game (not an app, an actual toy with plastic pieces) for my kids birthday... but I couldn’t wait to play so I bought the app :) You collect golden skulls for getting through within a given number of moves, but you can still pass the level if you do it in more moves - love it!

I am stuck on level 23 of the Temple of Wits and there are no hints. It’s like the developers want you to get frustrated.

I am having trouble downloading the game. It always stuck on 40%. And then showing an error msg that internet connection problem. I even don’t have a chance to try the game. 

I am a huge smart game fun. I have almost all the board games from the company. But they failed on this app. Hope this could be fixed soon.

When you first open the app, it needs an internet connection to be able to get all the game assets, so if your internet connection fails the app will not be able to start.This is only needed the very first time you start the app. 
If the problem persists, could you please try to remove the app and then re-install it, making sure you have internet connection the first time the app starts.
