I added it and accepted the 3-day free trial. There were some areas that I found a bit confusing, particularly when it came to the financial aspects. The app itself is beautiful; however, while exploring the app, I saw references to “30 credits,” and I wasn’t clear on whether credits are included with the subscription, whether users receive a certain amount of credits, or whether additional credits need to be purchased. I, also, encountered in-app advertisements for purchasing a book. Since the 3-day trial would automatically transition into a 6-month subscription, I didn’t want to unknowingly incur additional charges for credits or other resources on top of the subscription. I may have misunderstood how it works, but I didn’t want to take that chance. Additionally, the intended audience presented in the advertisement appeared to be beginners. Specifically people who either don’t know how to edit videos or don’t enjoy editing. After reading some of the reviews and responses, I noticed the creators acknowledge that there is a “learning curve.” I completely understand that most new tools have a learning curve; however, if an app is marketed specifically as being helpful for beginners who don’t know how or don’t like to edit, then the learning curve becomes an important part of that claim. From my perspective, that creates the appearance of potentially misleading advertising. They do respond to reviews, which I appreciate; however, I think there is room for improvement in how some of those responses are communicated. From a business and customer-service perspective, using more inclusive terminology (particularly “we-language”) could help prevent responses coming across as accusatory or defensive over a helpful & inclusive tone. Written communication can be misinterpreted because tone and inflection aren’t available. The terminology used in some of the responses made me somewhat apprehensive about what customer service might be like if I encountered an issue. When that was combined with the uncertainty surrounding credits, the subscription, and the additional pop-ups for resources, I became hesitant to continue using the app. I don’t want to assume negative intent, but I also don’t want to trust it to chance. I did explore the app, and as I mentioned, there are beautiful templates, fonts, and some really nice results in the areas I was able to try. It simply felt like it was too much for me, as an older beginner, who is still learning these types of tools. There may indeed be a learning curve, as the creators stated, but for me, that learning curve either feels too steep or the app isn’t currently structured in a way that feels beginner-friendly. There are plenty of 5-star ratings, so I’m hoping and assuming that this is a product many people enjoy and find useful. I’m so sick of the AI point system. I prompted to not show front, pay to “reimagine”., prompt and pay again , still wrong side. Customer support says they are not responsible and NO REFUND OR CREDIT even if it’s their error. So, ZERO incentive to get it right the 1st, 2nd, 3rd, etc cuz u pay for their errors. Artificial Intelligence from this app is far from intelligent ### 1/5 — Scam *2026-08-13, version 2.5.26* You say it’s a three day free trial but everything I click on says I need to purchase credits in order to make anything. And oh my gosh, I don’t know what happened, but everything just reset. I was editing the freaking captions for an hour, AND THEY RESET OUT OF BLUE.
