I use this app for all of my social videos, but have gripes. Hate that I can’t split videos, play them on reverse, or even rotate any once uploaded. I also dislike the fonts / text, as it lacks shadows, spacing, and anything outside of flat, single color text. I have the paid version (I believe Pro?) and feel silly paying for something that does such a standard job. Definitely won’t be repurchasing moving forward. ### 2/5 — Scammy Vibes *2026-08-26, version 9.1* It’s an AI app so it makes sense all the reviews appear as positive and you have to really look for what real people are saying. The subscription model is a bit dishonest and the only way to cancel is through the payment link in your email. I feel they intentionally make it so you can’t cancel under your normal apple subscriptions- causing it to be easy to forget about. You also can’t cancel directly in their app and the trial ends after 3 days proceeded by a $70 charge. As for the product itself, not really worth it. Canva has much better templates and is more user friendly. It gets stuck at 50%. ### 1/5 — Scam *2026-08-13, version 9.1* This app is a complete scam as they have charged me twice for same amount after not renewing the subscription. They don’t respond to any messages or offer any support. Will report them to Apple as well as well as other agencies. Do not even try their product as they will take your money and disappear. ### 1/5 — Unable to Cancel Trial, Refund Refused *2026-08-08, version 9.1* had a very disappointing experience with this app. I tried to cancel my free trial from my phone before being charged, but I was unable to do so, so I contacted Temply directly by email to request cancellation. My card was still charged. I contacted Link, which processed the payment, within five minutes of the charge and requested a refund, but they refused. Be very careful when starting the free trial and make sure your cancellation is successfully processed before the trial ends. ### 1/5 — Customer service non existent *2026-08-04, version 9.1* I need to solve an issue with the app and I’m still waiting for a response after a month and many unanswered emails. BS ### 1/5 — DON’T SIGN UP - SCAM! *2026-07-31, version 9.1* Watch out! When you sign up, it will lead you to enter your credit card details on their site and once they have it, it’s impossible to cancel because there is no customer service at Temply. I canceled immediately after downloading via the App Store, so before the trial period ended. I thought I was in the clear. But I was charged by Temply directly. I called Apple and they couldn’t help because it wasn’t charged via the App Store. Temply is shady. Avoid this app. ### 1/5 — Charged for a subscription I didn’t authorize *2026-07-24, version 9.1* ⭐️ One star — Billing issue with no customer support I signed up for Temply’s free trial from May 8–May 11, 2025. I stopped using the app after the trial and did not knowingly continue with a yearly subscription. However, I was unexpectedly charged for a yearly subscription on July 20, 2026. I checked my Apple subscriptions and do not see an active subscription, and I have not received any clear renewal notice or explanation for this charge. I have tried contacting Temply multiple times through email and Instagram, but I have received no response. The biggest disappointment is the lack of customer support when there is a billing concern. Customers should be able to understand their subscriptions and get help when unexpected charges occur. I hope Temply improves its billing transparency and customer service. ### 1/5 — Terrible *2026-07-22, version 9.1* There’s no contact info and no way to cancel. They make it difficult to unsubscribe and if you need something resolved, Temply will not answer your inquiries. There is a huge stock images and stock video library to choose from if you don’t have any images already or if your photography isn’t quite right. Temply has your back! Lots of little videos have been uploaded by people who are willing to share their artwork and creativity. There is also a huge music library to choose from or you can upload your own music. You can’t go wrong here, truly. You can even touch up your pictures with the editing tools. It’s so much better than the tools on TikTok, I come here first before I upload anything! This app helps me make it look perfecto! The only complaint I have is that when you put a text box in, it makes a straight line of text instead of allowing you to make vertical text boxes.
