I hated tracking my gym progress because other apps are clunky, not simple, and just put in too much friction. 

The free apps lack the needed features and paid apps are an arm and a leg. I like that this app is affordable for the job it helps get done.

This app is unreal. 10x better than everything else combined and way cheaper. I can track all my workouts every day, plan them, and it makes it soo easy and efficient. During workouts saving my sets and reps has never been easier. On top of that, it shows my PR’s and then so many amazing statistics on my workouts and more. ALSO, I can share my workouts, sleep, and habits with friends?! No other app does this + sharability + 10x UI UX design soo sleek. There’s more tho 😭 it pulls my Apple Watch data! I Can log my meals too?? AND I can track any habit I wanna form or end!? That’s like a whole app in itself this app just does. And I can talk to my AI about everything which is soo powerful. And there’s more and more coming. The founder is incredibly talented and actually listens for user feedback and implements good ideas right away. I want to pay more for this lol. Must have app of 2026.

This app is super easy to use and has everything you need to track daily sleep, meals, and workouts. The Playground feature adds a fun touch to let you share your activity with others and stay connected! Definitely recommend if you’re looking to track daily progress quickly and efficiently!
