## What is TEMPO?

TEMPO is a private cadence coach built around your rhythm.

Start with a natural baseline run. TEMPO measures your cadence, pace, distance, route, and splits, then uses your own baseline to set small, practical targets. During a Tempo Pro coached run, brief voice and haptic cues help you notice sustained drift without taking over your workout, and an optional independent beat plays at your target.

FREE

• Unlimited GPS run recording
• Live pace, cadence, and distance
• Spoken mile splits, saved with every run
• Run history and sharing
• Your personal cadence baseline, measured from natural runs
• Local storage with no account required

TEMPO PRO

• Personal cadence targets from your baseline
• Voice and haptic drift cues, plus an independent beat
• Easy, steady, and interval workouts
• Four-, eight-, and twelve-week plans with recovery weeks
• Cadence scores and progress review

TEMPO works alongside the audio you already choose, including music, podcasts, audiobooks, or silence. It does not control a streaming service.

TEMPO is a fitness tool, not medical advice. It does not diagnose, treat, or prevent injury.

Tempo Pro is an optional auto-renewing subscription, billed yearly or monthly. The yearly plan includes a free 1-week trial for eligible new subscribers. Payment is charged to your Apple Account, and the subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel anytime in your App Store account settings.
