## What is Tempo Skill?

Tempo Skill turns vague "just playing" into deliberate, measurable practice. Build a library of skills, break each one down into exercises, and rehearse them to a precise metronome that adapts to how you actually train — with tap tempo, subdivisions from quarter to sixteenth notes, silent bars for training your internal clock, and a Tempo Trainer that automatically ramps from a start BPM to a target BPM in fixed steps.  

Group exercises into sessions and run them back-to-back with automatic rest timers, focus mode and a warm-up generator that assembles a routine from the exercises that need the most attention. Every set you log — clean, with mistakes, too easy, too hard, or a repeat — feeds a rich analytics layer: stable and peak BPM per exercise, success rate, tempo history, personal records, a 13-week practice heatmap and weekly BPM growth.  

Set long-term goals for BPM, clean reps, practice minutes or daily streaks and Tempo Skill projects your finish line at your current pace. Keep a journal with mistake tags to spot recurring weak spots, earn achievements as you hit milestones, and get a daily reminder so you never miss your window.
