## What is Temptivo?

Resist this one. Earn the next.

Temptivo is a simple habit app for things you want fewer of. Pick a temptation. Swipe up when you resist. Swipe down if you gave in. After enough resists, you’ve earned it — take it now, or keep going.

The core loop is free.

• Choose something you want less of — cake, scrolling, shopping, or your own
• Set how often you’re allowed it
• Swipe up to log a resist
• When the coin fills, enjoy it or resist more for coins
