It only catches when I wake at night if I actually get out of the bed. Currently going through cancer treatment and my sleep has been terrible. I’ve compared it to my watch and other sleep tracking bands I’ve worn and it shocks me how well it tracks not only my sleep but my heart rate and my movements.
