This is a very hard-to-use app. It’s almost impossible to follow your driver if you miss the option the first time (or if the app doesn’t offer it). This is a real problem since drivers do not use GPS to find passengers or the destination, but instead rely on phone calls for some reason. The app’s estimates of wait time for drivers are very unreliable. I suppose it’s cheaper, but I’d save time by walking to a taxi stand.

Super Application des prix concurrentiels
Des suggestions :
• Inclure option de chat dans l’application pour discutera avec le chauffeur sans avoir besoin de l’appeler 
• inclure l’option de paiement par CIB
• l’option de suivre le chauffeur n’est pas bien intégré on perds cette option dès qu’on souhaite sortir de l’écran de suivi alors que ça devrait être dans l’écran principal qui affiche le info du chauffeur et le prix etc
• dans le chat inclure une option qui permet d’envoyer une photo de l’endroit ou on se trouve via chat comme ça ça facilitera au chauffeur de savoir exactement où l’on se trouve
• offrir l’option d’avoir un portefeuille que l’on peut recharger pour un paiement rapide

Avec ces suggestions vous êtes sûr d’avoir les mêmes service que les autres applications internationales

It would be better if i can set the pick up point by clicking my gps recent place instead of typing where i am 👍🏼
