Continuous BLUETOOTH BUGS. SYNCING BUGS. Always offline. Settings and device names don’t sync, etc. Tried with multiple iPads and iPhones so it’s on their end. Yes, I am a foot from the devices. Yes, everything is updated. Also readings jumping around as the power button is pressed. IT IS NOT REAL TIME MONITORING. Must launch app and or press the power button to kick start it. SO FRUSTRATING! Please fix these issues already. ### 3/5 — Sync issue *2026-04-25, version 5.6.4* The app locks when syncing data to the iPhone. Very frustrating. ### 3/5 — App mostly works *2026-02-10* It connects just fine and can update most things about my M10+, but it’s janky. The clock updated when I linked the device, but the AM/PM is wrong and I can’t fix that. The app tries to give useful reference information, but it lacks any numeric reference values. It only tells you good, bad, etc, not a reference of where that value sits in what range. Also it wants me to sign up for an account, and we should all agree that’s a terrible thing. Fortunately you can skip it and that gets them a third star. ### 3/5 — App needs work *2026-01-20, version 5.6.0* The latest update improved the look and feel but it has some obvious flaws. Scrolling on the data page is poor, data updates are not always reflected on the graphs, I asks me to log in too often and it hangs some times. The app is better in some ways, but worse in others and needs some reliability and UX work. ### 3/5 — Nice Hardware, Lackluster App *2026-01-14* The app has an issue where users cannot change the temperature unit from Celsius to Fahrenheit on the main display page. Even though my weather app and the unit do display in Fahrenheit, users cannot change how the app displays temperature in Celsius. This is a major issue. Additionally, during the signup process, the keyboard doesn’t disappear properly blocking users from hitting the submit button. ### 3/5 — New with adds! *2025-12-22, version 5.5.8* The new update added in app adds, and a ‘shiny’ new interface. Everything else is the same. Did not need or want the changes. I was able to connect it to my LAN and add to my devises via Bluetooth it doesn’t even give me the option to login after entering my email, password and acknowledging the user agreement. The screen doesn’t scroll up/down so me to see the login button on my iPhone. ### 1/5 — Can’t even connect device *2025-09-17, version 5.5.6* I just recently got the Tamtop CO2 monitor and downloaded this app to connect to my device. The app was not able to connect to my monitor regardless of scanning the QR code in the booklet or adding the serial number manually. I kept getting an error. What a waste of money. The dashboard shows the same current values as on the device, but the chart data is inaccurate. For example, the current PM reading is 1.3, while the chart shows 0.9 — and the same discrepancy occurs for other metrics. Update: historical chart data is not working. No data for today. Inaccurate charts. C and F temperature bugs. ### 2/5 — Login broken in 5.5.3 *2025-05-26, version 5.5.3* As other users, since the latest update, cannot login or register with email. Now, I can’t sign in with my Apple ID (unsupported link?) and I can’t create an account, because the 2FA token never gets emailed to me (and it’s not in my junk mail.) Historical charts older than 30 days are no longer available. Data export is limited to 100 days. And the data saved when I looked this morning was different than what was in the app last night. I even recommended them to a friend. Now tonight when I opened the app it is total garbage. Distracting looping ads and garish colors. Clicking on the temperature icon leads me to “guidelines” (it used to lead to the history chart) that are unnecessary garbled slop. Literally says, “When the humidity is too high summerIt would make people happy.feelsultry. Winter can make people feel bad.feelIt’s wet and cold, meanwhile,IndoorMouldHappenprobabilityincrease.” Who decided that would add something to the app?! Unfortunately I can’t say the same about the app. First, why have I got to sign in to use the app? Surely the data the app uses can be sent locally over WiFi. Secondly, even though everywhere you look at the specifications of the M100, it says it supports 5Ghz WiFi the app says otherwise! Third, when looking at the data on an iphone it doesn’t show the graphs properly ( ios 26.1). Looking at reviews for the rest of the elitech apps seems to indicate a serious problem with developement of apps. ## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated) ### 5/5 — Works fine *2025-08-31, version 5.5.6* Maybe some bugs have been fixed since some of the previous bad reviews, but it’s working as I’d expect. Didn’t have any problems connecting or using the device via the app. I’m using the S1+ (Bluetooth) It’s fairly basic but does what I need it to do without issues. ### 5/5 — Now I know my IAQ *2025-05-25* I bought 4 Temtop devices and put them in different rooms of my home. I found out if I leave my house closed up, my IAQ gets worse. Whenever the number is above the green zone, I open the windows. What a HUGE difference fresh air makes for my family! Everyone in my home is now sleeping better, feeling better and no more headaches! I highly recommend Temtop indoor air quality devices!!! ### 5/5 — Good Information *2025-01-25* I’m. It's a vital part of my healthcare following a chemical exposure injury that leaves my nervous system vulnerable to VOCs and certain airborne particulates. The developers have vastly improved this app in the past several months, providing easier connectivity and more features. I have my iPhone SE which is not a popular model as others. At first, there's a little problem with the graph in the App, so I sent an email to their customer service, and after 2 days, the little bug was fixed! I really appreciated their service as they consider all customers' comments. App interface is also well designed, I have two monitors in different cities, one is for my mom. Now I can "see" the air quality in her house, I believe it shortens our distance in some way. ### 5/5 — Reliable *2021-09-23* Temtop is my friend, it's a wonderful app for my daily air quality monitoring.
