## What is Ten Grand?

The Amenity spaces at Ten Grand Street are the hub of the building and reflecting everything one could for at the modern office. Designed by world-renowned architecture firm Bonetti/Kozerski, the 17,000 square feet of gracious sun-lit space with custom terrazzo floors, Italian tile and lush plantings is surrounded by floor to ceiling windows overlooking Domino Park and the River. With special details large and small every consideration has been taken to create a productive and enjoyable work environment.

The Ten Grand app is exclusively for tenants, so you must have an account to access the app. Once logged in, Ten Grand Tenants are able to:

View availability and book Amenity Space including: Conference Rooms, Screening Room, Cabana Space where and when you need it
