This app is absolutely horrendous. Can’t view my rewards, I don’t even remember what vouchers I have because it crashes the moment I hit the rewards tab. Very frustrating

Bad app in the last few weeks.  Rest of the app works to see payment method, profile but when i get to rewards, all it does is crash even after delete and reinstall.  App support page not accessible at all

First, the app is not easy to understand, very confusing, in fact. 
Second, it doesn’t work with the local shop in Maryland.

Received an email to download this new app otherwise my banked rewards points would disappear. When I login to this new app, there’s no way to transfer my current points card and my account has zero history. I had enough points saved for 6 free drinks. Upset and not impressed.

**Developer response:** Hi we are sorry to hear about the issues you are having.  The transfer of points is in fact not done through the app. The transfer of points can be in the store through the staff.  After the points are transferred, the app can be used to view your points.

Got the email from Ten Ren’s about the release of their new app. Downloaded the app and when I tried to sign in using Facebook, the app blinks and disappears. Another disappointing app from Ten Ren’s. Just like their earlier app for iOS, this one fails too.

Not easy to understand if a reward is ready to use or it’s an advertisement what rewards to earns, and doesn’t connect to the account in store (not reflecting points spent/earn in store)
