All real estate transactions should begin that way to reduce risk & enhance transparency. During uncertain times, this app is a powerful tool to close fast & with confidence. It would also be helpful to be able to take notes directly on the property page. The iPad app needs its own design too, rather than just making the iPhone interface larger.
