## What is TEN45?

TEN45 is a quiet squat timer for desk days. It keeps one simple rhythm visible on your iPhone: ten squats, then back to work.

Add the Home Screen widget, watch the countdown, and tap I did it when you finish a set. The next timer starts automatically, and TEN45 keeps your set count, squat total, streak, and recent history in one local dashboard.

The default setup is simple: 10 reps every 45 minutes with a 10-set daily target. If your day needs a different pace, change the timer, reps, and daily target in Settings.

TEN45 is intentionally narrow. No account, no ads, no feed, no notifications, no sounds. Your progress and settings stay on your iPhone.
