## What is Tenant Trace?

Document the handover. Lock the record.

  Tenant Trace makes tamper-evident move-in, move-out, and inspection reports for renters and landlords. Walk the property room by room.
   Capture photos and voice notes. Every frame is sealed with a cryptographic fingerprint at the moment of capture — edit any pixel and
  the seal breaks.

  The output is a locked PDF anyone can verify on a public page at tenanttrace.app/verify by entering the trace ID or scanning the QR
  printed on the report. No account. No login. No analytics.
