Every-time a new app update is there, existing app features tent to break. This is not 1 time instance. Reaching out to customer support is a pain having to have multiple times to the AI rep before an human is assigned and have to explain all over again who does not even make an effort to understand the issue. Its getting frustrating even with the pro plan.

A very basic system that continues to get more expensive. If that’s what you’re looking for and you’re not looking for anybody to help you if you have an issue, then this is your software. Don’t think of getting into anything outside of single-family residence and find features that are helpful. Updated per their response: I know how to contact you. I have done it way too many times. It only helps if fixes are made or if answers are returned promptly.

Started using tenantcloud with my first door- I’m now at over 100+ doors and the longer I use it and the more “upgrades” they make the less I like the software. If switching to another platform wasn’t such a task I would.

After updating the app, landscape mode no longer works on our iPad. We use Logitech keyboards, so this change has made them essentially unusable. This issue wasn’t mentioned in the release notes—had it been disclosed, I would have avoided updating.
I’m currently exploring possible solutions or workarounds and recommend that others do the same before updating.

This platform has the potential to be great, but so far I’m just embarrassing myself in front of potential tenants. There are three slightly different ways to do everything, that all sound like what you want, but they aren’t, and they all produce slightly different results. I sent out a request to a potential tenant for a $30 credit check, to be paid by them. Then received an email that I got a $35 application fee from them. No credit check done. What?! This platform needs to be streamlined with one clear way to send an application, request a credit check, etc.

This app is terrible, they allow scammers on this app. I paid 1,076 dollars on this app because I believed that my landlord was a real landlord and not a scammer slumlord, I never lived at this unit because of the rotting wood, rats, cat urine, and black mold that was infested. My “landlord” ended up blocking me and cut all contact so I decided to reach out to tenant cloud to get some help and none of them was able to help me instead they basically called me a liar even when I provided documents. This app is horrible and allows scammers to be on this app

Yes, application is great for managing rentals. It does almost everything I need. There are some minor changes they can make to make my life a lot easier in managing rentals which is why I removed one star I have submitted countless ideas to them, but almost none of them have been implemented.
