## What is TenantEvidence?

TenantEvidence is a documentation tool for independent landlords who manage their own units and handle every tenant interaction personally. It turns scattered texts, receipts, and photos into one organized, dated timeline per property — so when a dispute reaches small claims court or an eviction hearing, your records are already in order.

Log every interaction across the full tenancy:
