It’s very easy to submit a maintenance request; I like that packages are recorded and I can easily see what is waiting and what has been picked up without having to go through emails or notifications; I like the marketplace feature where I can see what others are posting that they are giving away or selling in the building; and I like that, I can look up my payment history very easily.
