## What is TenantProof?

TenantProof helps renters document the condition of a rental property before moving in and after moving out.

Create a clear visual record of each room with photos, condition ratings, notes, and timestamps. When the tenancy ends, compare Move-In and Move-Out inspections room by room to see what changed.

KEY FEATURES

• Organize multiple rental properties
Create and manage properties, addresses, rooms, and inspection progress in one place.

• Flexible room inspections
Choose the rooms that match the actual property, including duplicate room types and custom rooms.

• Move-In documentation
Capture photos, record condition, and add detailed notes for every room before or at the start of a tenancy.

• Move-Out documentation
Record the final condition of the same rooms when the tenancy ends.

• Room-by-room comparison
Compare Move-In and Move-Out evidence to identify improvements, deterioration, or no material change.

• Photo evidence
Keep multiple photos for each room together with their condition, notes, and capture time.

• Professional PDF evidence reports
TenantProof Premium unlocks unlimited PDF exports containing property details, comparison results, photos, conditions, notes, and timestamps.

• Local-first privacy
Your inspection data and photos are stored locally on your device. TenantProof does not require an account to document your rental.
