## What is Tenants by Aretastech?

Tenants keeps your building's maintenance fund in one shared record that every resident can see.
For the supervisor: • Record payments in seconds and see who is in credit and who owes. • Record an expense and split it across the apartments, with the option to include only occupied apartments. • Invite residents with a link or a building code, and hand the supervisor role over when you move.
For every resident: • See the fund balance and your own statement: every payment and your share of every expense. • Get the building's notices, and talk to your neighbours in a chat just for your building. • Find service providers near you, rated by residents.
Arabic and English, with full right-to-left support.
Sign in with Apple or Google. Your email is never shown to other residents.
