## What is TenantTrail?

Your security deposit is worth a month's rent. MoveProof helps you protect it.

Walk through your rental room by room and photograph everything - walls, floors, fixtures, that scuff that was already there. MoveProof stamps every photo with the date, time, and (optionally) GPS location, then generates a clean, professional PDF you can email to your landlord or bring to small-claims court.

HOW IT WORKS
1. Create a Move-In or Move-Out inspection.
2. Add photos, assign each to a room, mark the condition (Good / Fair / Damaged), add a note.
3. Export a paginated PDF report - cover page, per-room photos with timestamps, and a certification.
