I sent a message and have yet to receive an answer to my last question. I called in and asked to have a supervisor call me and have yet to hear back from anyone! I was never notified of any charges to your policy in regards to your mobile Deposit procedures causing issues with the last deposit. There needs to be better communication with your members! The person i last spoke with was less than pleasant to speak with … y’all need to do better! ### 2/5 — Remote Deposit *2024-05-27, version 9.7.4* It seems your site is getting harder and harder to complete a remote deposit. I have to numerous times in able to complete the process. ### 3/5 — Face ID *2021-12-28, version 8.0.1* The app is ok. Face ID has to be reset every single time which makes it pointless. ### 3/5 — Gets worse every time it updates *2021-07-21, version 8.0.1* This app is extremely unreliable. Facial recognition almost never works even though I set it up every time I log in. It keeps changing my login settings. I frequently log in with my correct credentials and it simply tells me "bad request" about five times before it lets me log in. Not helpful at all when I'm on the go. The app shuts down randomly. I gave it three stars because it is useful to keep track of my spending and is pretty quick to update expenditures and incoming money. I like that I can transfer money and the check deposit function. The app functions seem to get significantly less reliable and functional every time the app updates. ### 5/5 — Horrible update!! *2020-04-21, version 8.0.0* This is one update that we could’ve done without! Can’t log in when I want and although once up, it allows me to see each acct, it is only accessible periodically. I totally hate this update! Please improve the app. I can log in only a few times before the app stops working. When I attempt to log in, I get a “bad request” error. I end up deleting the app, download again, it works a few times, and the cycle continues. I love TTCU, but the app needs to be designed better. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Poor Design and User Experience *2022-01-22, version 8.0.1* Reminds me of a junior level product design team thats driving this app. Lacks common functionality found in most apps that have been around for YEARS. The user experience is awful. The design reminds me of early web design back in the 90s. If TCU is building this in house consider bringing in experienced skill sets around UI/UX and stronger development skills under senior product development management. If this is a white label approach dump the vendor as they obviously dont know how to deliver functional solutions. Disappointed. ### 1/5 — Glitchy and unfriendly *2022-01-10, version 8.0.1* The app often freezes up and must be closed and restarted. It has a bill pay limit of $2000 which makes it impractical to use it for paying my Visa bill. I have to keep depositing money in my previous bank in order to use that app to pay my Visa bill. The office told me they cannot change that limit. I need to find a local bank that is willing to adjust the app limits to fit my needs. ### 1/5 — Awful app *2021-09-08, version 8.0.1* Cannot login with Face ID despite this being an option. ### 1/5 — Freezes and always says bad request *2021-06-07, version 8.0.1* This app constantly says bad request and won’t open. The “chest sheet” they give at the physical location says to enter information that doesn’t exist in the app so that is also useless. They have always been there for me when I needed help in several financial issues. Their staff has always found the way to make things work for me. Whoever is reading this KNOW this: YOU CAN TRUST TENCU.
