## What is Tend Health Pro?

Tend Health Pro is the app for Personal Support Workers,
  Registered Nurses, and Registered Practical Nurses working   
  in-home care across Ontario.             
                                                               
  FIND WORK ON YOUR SCHEDULE               
  Browse new visit requests in your area. Accept the ones that
  fit your schedule — decline the ones that don't. No phone    
  tag, no email back-and-forth.
                                                               
  GET PAID AUTOMATICALLY                   
  When you mark a visit complete, the family's card is charged
  and your 80% share transfers directly to your bank account,  
  usually within 2 business days. No invoicing, no chasing
  payment. (Stripe Express handles payouts. Tend keeps 20% as a
   platform fee.)
