## What is Tend?

Tend turns home maintenance from a guessing game into a simple weekly habit. Answer a few questions about your home and get a plan with the tasks that actually apply — then check them off as you go.

A PLAN MADE FOR YOUR HOME
• 80+ expert maintenance tasks, matched to your home's type, climate and features.
• Seasonal tasks land in the right season — in either hemisphere.
• Step-by-step instructions and "why it matters" for every task.
• Complete, skip or snooze with a swipe. Hide anything that doesn't apply.
• Add your own tasks, or browse the library for more.

REMINDERS THAT WORK
• A weekly summary on the day and time you choose.
• Due-date alerts you can mark done right from the notification.
• A heads-up 30 days before a warranty expires.
• A Home Screen and Lock Screen widget, plus Siri and Shortcuts.

EVERYTHING ABOUT YOUR HOUSE
• Appliances and systems with model numbers, warranties, manuals and receipts.
• Rooms with exact paint colors and flooring for easy touch-ups.
• Contacts for your plumber, electrician and utilities — one tap to call.
• Mortgage, insurance, warranty and tax details.
• Emergency kit checklists for your home, car and grab bag.

SEE WHAT YOU'VE DONE
• A history of every task, with notes and costs.
• Log renovations and repairs, and track capital improvements for tax time.
• Spending charts for the last 12 months.

TEND PRO — ONE PURCHASE, NO SUBSCRIPTION
• Replacement Forecast: know when appliances and systems will need replacing, with a 5-year budget.
• Home Report PDF: a polished record for selling, insurance or renters.
• Document Scanner: scan receipts and manuals into your items.
• Multiple Homes: track a rental, vacation home or a parent's house.
Everything else, including iCloud sync and backups, is free.

PRIVATE BY DESIGN
• No account, no ads, no tracking, no analytics.
