This was my first time using the service, and while I’ve only met the nurse so far, she was great. 5 stars for the medical care.However, the admin and app experience was disappointing. I was incorrectly charged and actually had to provide my own proof of their funding policies just to get a refund. The admin response was blunt and lacked of any sorry for the error .Also, the app needs a ‘Confirm’ button before sending automated messages. I accidentally clicked a service while browsing and it auto-sent an X-ray request. It would be much better if there was a way to delete or recall a message sent by mistake.
