Setting up a routine or scene, which should be a streamlined process, has become a cumbersome task. The interface, once intuitive, now feels cluttered and unintuitive. The lack of clear instructions or support exacerbates the issue, leaving users to fend for themselves in a labyrinthine interface. In essence, the app’s core functionality – to enable users to create scenes and routines efficiently – has been overshadowed by a poorly executed user interface design. It’s a classic case of an update trying to fix what wasn’t broken, only to break it. ### 1/5 — Don’t waste your time or money *2024-02-10, version 1.2.7* I bought two of these smart plugs based on price and didn’t consult reviews until it was too late. Every negative thing that’s already been said is true: use UNfriendly, no available tech support, and they just plain do not function. I’m reasonably tech savvy, but these will have to be returned. I’ve left one star because that’s required to post a review.
