The most annoying bug? The “cancel” button hides under the iPhone’s battery bar. You can see it, but good luck trying to tap it. It works. It’s fine. The first time the front desk didn’t scan it even those it’s log in. Thank you. ### 1/5 — No Customer Support for Order Issues *2020-09-08, version 2.4* The user experience for ordering food is great on this app, but if you have an issue with your delivery (which is just Postmates delivering your order), there is zero customer support through the app. We ordered dinner via this app over the weekend. The postmate who delivered it took a long time and gave us someone else’s order. We had to call the store to ask for a refund; they ended up taking down my email incorrectly so I never got confirmation of my refund and had to call back, and we never got our food. Our order basically never got picked up and they couldn’t arrange for another driver to get it to us- the people at the restaurant told us we’d have to place the order all over again. By then, we had already been waiting over an hour and a half and it’d be a gamble that our order would even make it to us the second time around. I’m going to stick to DoorDash going forward because that app lets you give feedback on your order and they credit you right away. ### 1/5 — Great food, terrible app *2020-04-17, version 2.1* Every screen took forever to load and then showed an error message reading “oops something went wrong.” I didn’t end up placing an order because the experience was so poor. It’s very difficult to navigate and if you try to type in notes for an order customization, you can’t see the text box on the phone. Big thumbs down on this one. One of the worst app redesigns in the history of the Apple App Store. ### 1/5 — Just use Postmates *2025-09-02, version 2.9* They make it seem pretty cool and good, oooh avoid the fees. Yeah, too bad 3/5 times I've used it the store has just not included an item and you have to physically call the store. Well this time they decided to dispatch the order through DoorDash, not me, TG. The manager calls me back and says I have to submit my problem to DoorDash. Except I ordered through this app. He says I ordered through DoorDash, hung up on me. Anyway, now my bank is investigating them as the transaction was solely TG. Use a different app with designated customer service or you have to deal with a 19 year old manager who thinks they know the secrets to the universe while simultaneously being unable to determine how a purchase was completed. Absolutely pathetic. They outsource this to Über Direct (or Postmates) and there is no way to resolve issues with your order. We placed an order on the app which said it would be ~35 minutes for delivery and now we are 90 minutes later still waiting with no way to contact anyone. It’s the absolute worst customer experience I’ve ever had. No one is responsible for anything because the executives at Tender Greens don’t care about the customer’s experience only the cheapest, easiest to manage delivery service they can get ### 1/5 — None of the employees know how to use the app *2021-08-21, version 2.5* Submitted my order through the app and was told that the order was successful. After getting to the store, employees told me that the order never went through and that none of them know how to use the app. Probably better to order directly from door Dash or one of the free delivery places and pick up yourself. Employees also did not know how to scan the rewards for points which is and I think the only benefit for this app? So overall, app has issues communicating with the stores and even employees have no knowledge on how this app or its rewards work. ### 1/5 — Points expired *2021-07-14, version 2.5* I have eaten here a lot, but not as much during covid pandemic. Went back today only to learn that my 200 points have expired. And you need 299 to reach friend level. So sad. I always use the app to order my pick up order and never have any issues. Even before the update, no issues. Getting and using the rewards too, that’s a sweet deal! Love that they have lots of pictures on the app, it helps when I’m being indecisive. I love the app gives you options to pay with gift cards and combine payment methods. Beautiful, large, b/w, framed artistic posters of important gay people throughout history: artists, activists, others. It is and feels spacious.
