### 1/5 — One patients experience:  Not ready for adoption

I recently began using this application as a patient.  My experience is that this is not ready for mass adoption. 

1). The placement of test results, documents, etc is not intuitive, natural nor logical.

2).  The application frequently freezes with an endless spinning wheel when navigating between documents.  The only remedy is to close the application and restart it. 

3).  It does not include side-by-side historical test result data to compare.   In my case historical medical information is contained in one long, run on list.  

4).  Many entries where lab results are complete do not display any results.

5).  Several entries include a link labeled .note see note.  Clicking it always brings the user to a blank screen with the words “.note see note”

6).  Some test results come with a graph, but there isn’t any indication of whether that test value is inside or outside of the normal range.  

7).  Each time you switch apps and come back the application goes into a spinning wheel mode and must be closed and restarted. 

8).  Messages section appears to contain bugs as messages are sometimes listed more than once. 

9).  There are drop downs that have no drop down option.

I’ve used other health portal applications.  By comparison this application appears to be in its infancy and does not meet the minimum standards to be adopted for use.

They need to test these things before launching.  After I went to all the trouble setting it up on my computer, this app won’t let me sign in.  It said my password is incorrect.  Same password I used to set up on my computer.  I even tried to reset my password.  Just a waste of time.
