I downloaded the app but all the videos have no audio, the video plays but I can’t hear anything.

Please fix the app’s sound. It makes the app unreliable, when one day you have sound and the next you don’t. 
Nonetheless the app is very helpful, that’s why I get so disappointed when I don’t have access to sound.

Many reviews are complaining that there is no sound. This is because you need earphones to hear the voice over explaining. Other than that this app is extremely helpful, the lessons are quick and give you all the info you need to cram because you're studying the night before like me

I deleted and downloaded the app twice and tried to sign in. It keeps on telling me to use 1 alphabet, 1 number and 1 special character. I’ve been doing that countless times, changing the numbers, letters and special characters each time I was told retry. I cannot sign in😭😭
