M stands for more adds.  This is literally a more difficult version of the Tengai app with more adds and no option to end them.  It is more prone to glitching than Tengai.  It’s also a bit darker than Tengai.  I don’t recommend it.

Un jeu culte !
 C’est réellement le genre de jeu Idéal pour nos smartphone ! Ça m’a fait retrouver une utilité à mon iPhone ❤️😍
