## What is tengi?

Make real organic social videos that perform. Every day.

tengi learns your brand automatically. It writes the shoot: the idea, the script, the shot list. You read it off the teleprompter with your phone. tengi cuts it, captions it, and hands back a finished vertical video.

What you get:

- Shoots written from a study of your own account
- A teleprompter that keeps you on script
- Cuts, captions done for you
- Schedule and post to Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and LinkedIn

Daily content, without the shoot day.

tengi is a monthly subscription or a one-off credit pack if you would rather pay-as-you-go. Subscriptions renew automatically and you can cancel any time in your Apple Account settings. Credit packs do not renew and the credits do not expire.

## Version history (last 3 releases)

### 1.2.0 — 2026-09-24

New Scheduler and Create tab UI:
- Post tab queue view deprecated. Defaults to calendar view.
-Drag n drop scheduling for posts. Move to another day on the calendar, set the time, or cancel it.
- Create files your shoots into New, In progress and Ready.
- New Status rings show your progress towards your weekly and monthly goal. Try to hit targets like 3 posts / wk, 9 posts in 21 days and more...

Simplified library views. Listed by shoots. Searchable. Taggable.

### 1.1.0 — 2026-09-18

Turn a long recording into short videos. Bring in a podcast or an interview and tengi finds the moments worth keeping, frames each speaker, and captions them.

Your brand kit does more. Colours, fonts and graphics carry onto every video, and a layout you save applies to the next one.

Captions got a lot better. Put the band anywhere in the frame, read one word at a time if that suits your style, and fix a misheard word without losing it.

Record a voiceover as its own take, and it survives a re-cut.

### 1.0 — 2026-09-03

No release notes.
