## What is Tenn?

Tenn is an app that blocks apps and websites. It provides a simple and minimal set of features.

It also includes the following features:
- Minimal countdown timer
- Habit timeline definition

Completely free to use.

You can select apps from the system picker. Websites can be added by domain, and subdomains are automatically included.

• Custom Block Screen Text
Display your own message instead of the default block screen.

• Unlock Friction
Choose how blocks can be disabled (such as press-and-hold) to help prevent accidental unlocking.

• Countdown Timer

• Habit Timeline
Place time-based habits such as fasting periods, sleep, and exercise on a single vertical 24-hour timeline.

• iCloud Sync
Configured block rules are synced between iPhone and iPad through iCloud. On/off states are stored separately for each device.

■ Built with Apple Family Controls

Tenn uses Apple’s official Family Controls and Screen Time APIs. All blocking is processed entirely on-device.
