The information for the insurance doesn’t have anything like benefits, providers or another link that takes you to it. I do like being able to submit my information. After about an hour I just gave up and had to use what it would take. It doesn't matter what browser I use to open the link. I can't get into my account to make sure my information is accurate or update it or anything - I can't change my password to log in!
