I synch the tv with the Vols radio broadcast. This new version of the UT Sports app has lost the radio feed rewind button. The way it is now, it’s much harder to synch with the tv, and, I noticed if I gave the app playing the radio feed, and I go somewhere else in my phone to do some else, when I come back to the UT Sports app, the one control button they do have (play/pause) doesn’t show, so you have to back out and start the synch all over again. ### 1/5 — Junk *2024-08-21, version 10.1.0* Like most recent reviews. I assume it does technically work or they wouldn’t put it out, but you have to navigate through about 15 dreary corridors of the cheapest looking phone app I’ve seen in 10 years just to get to the lottery-entering button for a football ticket. Ok, I’ve been through worse… but then there’s another poorly titled app section to claim the ticket, and that didn’t even work for me. But how was I supposed to know? I can’t tell if my ticket is through Ticketmaster (which I’ve signed into on the app maybe 20 times) or some UT thing. I definitely got some kind of confirmation… who knows? The whole app feels like I’m on a website that wasn’t made for phone screens and the student ticketing feels like a tiny afterthought FAQ section in the back corner of that website. Maybe it IS a crappy ported system, I’ll try on my computer… and nope, they’re forcing students to do it on their sickly, rushed app. I’m assuming they’ll make an intern fix it up a little someday but for now it’s a bad experience. ### 1/5 — Updated app *2024-08-29, version 10.1.0* I just updated the app and now cannot open it.
