My son did not answer the first question and a screen popped up telling him how much battery life he had on his computer, he closed the screen and it automatically failed him, saying he navigated away from the screen- he ABSOLUTELY DID NOT, nobody to speak to, chat screen is junk, keeps going back to the beginning and now it shows he failed his test- he did not answer a single question and didn’t have another tab/ website open. Extremely frustrating. My son completed the knowledge test online at home and passed the test. I received an email indicating he’d passed within three hours. This morning, I printed that email and took it along with the other required documents to the DMV. I’d already filled out his application online, so things went pretty smoothly for us. All he had to do was complete the eye exam at the DMV. Within an hour of arriving at the DMV, he had the paper copy of his learners permit in his hand. Getting things done ahead of our arrival was such a time saver. ### 5/5 — It worked for me . Immediately after she passed it and I downloaded the results, I got the promised email with further information. We’ll go to get her drivers permit as soon as possible. I was nervous because of the other reviews, but it went as described on the state’s website. I have no complaints. TIP: I noticed that the app wouldn’t acknowledge me when I changed the lighting in the room. When I turned the lights to bright, it wouldn’t recognize me. So, keep the lighting similar to when you first uploaded the app and did the face recognition. The instructions say I (the parent) would receive an email with further instructions on what to do next. It is now the next day and no email so I guess I will be calling the dmv. The entire point of this I thought was to save our time and the time of the people working at the dmv.
