## Most critical reviews (5 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — No doubles, no history 😡

*2018-04-30*

This app doesn’t score doubles matches and doesn’t keep a record of previous matches even though I upgraded. If I knew how to ask guard refund, I would 😡

**Developer response:** Hello, history of all matches is available if you sign in to the app. All data are stored in cloud, so signing in is required for authentication.

I’m sorry you are disappointed. Please check out how history works.

### 4/5 — Works well..great job!

*2021-04-29*

Love this app..just wish there was some way to easily delete old/unwanted matches/stats.

**Developer response:** Thank you for the feedback. You should be able to delete old matches from history screen. Please email support@tennis-umpire.com if it doesn't work for you.

### 5/5 — Simple and useful

*2022-02-23*

Could use a doubles mode, but still with the winners/errors assigned to each individual player

### 5/5 — Best app so far

*2019-02-18*

Have tested 4 others. This is simplest to use. On advanced stats after an error would be nice to have option under forehand or backhand for if it was long, in net, or wide

**Developer response:** Thank you for the feedback.
Adding more stats is on my list. I will add usual things (ground strokes, volleys etc.). Server stats like return errors will also be added.

### 5/5 — Great app to keep track

*2018-05-06*

I've beenr recomminding this app to several parents when my son is playing at tournaments. The advanced feature is great with tracking double faults, unforced errors and %s of forehand and backhand winners. Best of all I can forward the live scores to friends and families. You have to make sure, though, that you login each time to Facebook to access any history otherwise you can't access past matches. At least that was my experience.

**Developer response:** Thank you for feedback.

Signing in is required, as all past data are stored in cloud, which makes them available from any device or after re-installing the app.
