## What is Tenno?

Tenno helps you build and maintain habits with simple streak tracking. Whether you're quitting a bad habit or building a new one, Tenno stays out of your way and lets your consistency speak for itself.

Two simple modes:

• Avoidance — Trying to stop smoking, drinking, or snacking? The counter runs automatically. You only open the app when you slip.

• Daily — Want to read, exercise, or meditate every day? Tap to check in when you're done.

Slip forgiveness — Nobody's perfect. Set how many slips you allow before your streak resets — total or only when they happen in a row.

Home screen widget — See your streak and check in directly from your home screen without opening the app.

Stats that motivate — Track your best streak, total days, and success rate.
