## What is tenpoket?

tenpoketはシフトワーク業態のチームコミュニケーションを改善、働きやすい店舗形成を促し、働いている従業員の働き心地を高めるためのツールです。			
			
tenpoketは店舗（チーム）単位でグループを構成し、そのなかでマネージャー（管理者・店長）と従業員間、そしてチームコミュニケーションの流動化に寄与することが出来ます。			
シフト勤務で、メンバー一同集まることが難しい中でもコミュニケーションを取ることができ、tenpoketは各自インストール・利用している私用チャットツールと住み分けて管理することが可能です。			
			
また、従来のビジネスチャットとは異なり、「情報の蓄積・共有」に重きをおき、投稿内容をタグを用いてグルーピングし、後でタグごとに見返すことが可能です。			
これにより、チャットの特徴である、「見返したい情報が流れてしまい、探すのが大変」という思いはもうする必要がありません。			
			
その他、提供元の株式会社MS&Consultingが提供する他アプリケーション（MSナビ・従業員満足度調査閲覧サイト・SVナビサイト）と連携し、シームレスに情報の取得・閲覧が出来るようになります。

・投稿に対してタグを付けることで情報の管理・共有をする	
・投稿に対して、「確認しました」ボタンを押すアクションを促すことによって、従業員に周知するべき情報を相手に認識させる	
・トークルームを作成し、任意のメンバーのみでチャットをする	
・写真・ドキュメントをメンバーと共有する	
・所属グループ（店舗）以外に参加する（所属店舗からヘルプで他店へ一時的に所属する場合を想定）	
・店舗に紐づかない任意のグループを作成し、所属店舗に関係なくメンバーを参加させる	
・本部から全店舗に一括でメッセージ・写真・ドキュメントを共有する	
・ステータスを変更し、プライベートの時間であることをメンバーに伝える

最初に操作の説明もなく、どこに書くかがわからないし、使いづらい。

1度開いてもう一度確認したい時に時系列順で表示されないため最新の投稿がどっかいく
ほかのクチコミにもあるので早く改善してください。

写真の画質悪すぎて結局他のアプリで情報共有する事になるので無駄な時間発生します。
あとスマホで操作中にメッセージが消え投稿出来なくなること。
少し重いデータ添付した際は送信するまでに時間かかる事、また送ったデータが時系列バラバラになります。

画像データ数枚送った際『全文を読む』の位置の改善も希望→タッチしても画像の上だと全文読めません。

とにかくまず画質の改善だけでもお願いします。

左下の戻るボタンが小さすぎる。（反応が遅すぎて押せてるのかわからない）写真を何枚も投稿すると全然載せられない。（圧縮してサイズ減らしても投稿出来ない時は全然出来ない20、30分かかる時もある。）
