It took me like 2 weeks to get them to restore the ad free version. Now when I open the app, it forces me to watch an ad every time and then use “restore purchase” button which is basically still forcing me to watch ads even though, I paid for the ad free version! Also half the game doesn’t work. There’s still locked sections despite me being on like level 2k+. I reached out to customer service and they asked me to provide proof that I paid. I tried to find what they wanted but my technology skills are limited. I have repeatedly asked why they can’t look at my account to see that I paid for no ads. They just keep sending back a simular response to the first one. Beyond frustrating! ### 1/5 — Don’t download! unplayable and unable to delete app! *2025-06-01, version 2.0.1* I used to play this all the time, both for the quickie math skills and for the just plain fun of it. I was able to rotate and reverse with no problems and go back to the last die or dice. Now those things require high amounts of advertisements and they give you multiples of four, making sure you don’t get the small #s or singles needed toadd up to 10 or that they are in doubles. Paid for the no ads version as well because it came with the ability to rotate the dice which was awesome. Opener the game up a few months ago to play it and noticed that the game has changed and it gave me the option to purchase no ads AGAIN. My ability to rotate dice was also gone. I sent an email to company and they responded asking for a copy of the receipt and a video screen shot of the game. I sent both. Never got a response from them. I sent another email over a month later and someone responded saying that they were looking over the info and someone would get back with me. Needless to say, I’ve never heard from anyone. I would definitely stay away from updating the game to no ads BUT if you play the game with ads, you get bombarded with ads after every game. I play TENS regularly and by the looks of other reviews it got overhauled a year ago and I didn’t even know it. So having not updated TENS and the game icon is still the old dice design, I just went to play it and I had to agree to their terms and conditions and it’s the level mode instead of infinite play. The old gameplay and design were much better than this generic candy crush look alike. I didn’t need hammers or things to change up gameplay. I just enjoyed a simple game that was relaxing and different from everything else that’s out there. It used to be a good way to kill time. Everything is level based and you use puzzle pieces to build a “world,” which has nothing to do with the game and adds nothing.
