## What is Tension?

Tension is a drill for French verb forms. You get a verb, a person, and a tense. You type the conjugation.

It is for people who already know a little French and want to drill conjugation practice, not another course.

WHAT YOU DO
• Type the conjugated form (nous · imparfait · parler → parlions)
• Every five questions, match tenses to forms on a small board
• Skip if you want; skip is not counted as a miss

WHAT YOU CAN PRACTICE
• More than 1500 verbs with English definitions
• Présent, imparfait, futur, conditionnel, subjonctif, passé composé
• Reflexives with me, te, se on the form (m’assois, me suis assis)
• Filters for tense and a rough difficulty.

FREE, FOREVER
• Over 100 beginner verbs
• Présent only
• Typing, matching, onboarding, and stats on that slice
• No account. No ads.

ONE-TIME UNLOCK
• All tenses and all level bands
• Filter by difficulty and tense
• Practice your misses: only the verb + tense + person you last got wrong
• Pay once. No subscription.

STATS
• Streak, attempts, accuracy
• Success rate by day
• Breakdown by tense, so you can see which ones are actually weak
• Focus on your weakest points
