## What is Tension?

Tension helps you track where pain, tension, and soreness show up in your body so you can understand your patterns over time.

Mark painful areas on a visual body map, rate intensity, add notes, and connect each check-in to daily life, training, sport, posture, hydration, stress, or recovery. Whether you are dealing with knee pain after running, back pain after work, shoulder tension from training, or recurring aches you keep forgetting, Tension gives you a simple pain diary you can actually keep using.

Use Tension to:
- Log body pain and muscle tension
- Track knee, back, shoulder, hip, ankle, and neck discomfort
- Spot recurring pain patterns across days and weeks
- Add sport, workout, trigger, and recovery notes
