We live in a world where you need to be able to get work done from whatever device you’re at or that be your computer or your phone. This app is so clunky and hard to use on my phone it very much restricts your ability to communicate with drivers. This feels like all they did was give an app icon to something that’s really just a website running on the phone and it’s not built for mobile. At the very least this app should allow us to communicate with the drivers easily since messaging is something we do on our phones every day now but it’s so hard to use for that and it doesn’t notify you when you have a new message. Very unhappy that I’m paying for tenstreet as a service and they tell me they have an app, but in reality this is hardly a functioning app in the 21st-century. ### 1/5 — Settings *2025-09-08* Can’t change anything to accommodate the user so I had to make a whole new email ### 1/5 — Horrrriiiiiiblleeeeeeee stay awayyyyyyyh *2024-04-13* I was wondering wy I was not receiving any phone calls wy has it took soo long ??? When ever I had put an application I would receive phone calls almost immediately?? Well just know there are 2 apps you have to downloaded 1 is this one trash and the other is tenstreet 1 app cannot coexist with out the other and after calling getting the run around I finally got a tech to change the application apparently there were several app I had put in that all show up at the same time okay yeah right crapy app crapy ppl doing a crappy job ### 1/5 — Something yes, most things no *2023-12-20* To upload documents its so amazingly easy, but that’s about it. The app is not responding AT ALL to simple requests!! At this point. There is no work list option which for me is where I do at least 80% of my work from. Also I don't see how it would send you push notifications since when you leave the app it automatically logs you out. This app is a great idea and I have been waiting for you all to create something like this but it is easier to go to the browser in my phone and login to the actual website then to use this app. **Developer response:** We have made major improvements to the Dashboard app, and hope you will find the current version to your satisfaction! ### 1/5 — Not enough options *2015-06-13* This app is useless right now. The only option is to look at alerts and search one person. Better off going online, it is mobile friendly enough. At that point I’m able to stay logged in for that session. Can we please get this fixed? ### 3/5 — Not letting you change your password *2023-06-14* We have been trying for almost a week now.. we received a message saying that we must change our password.. and every time we attempt it just doesn’t go through.. and because of it we don’t have access to the portal now.. please fix it ### 2/5 — I’d have to agree with the others *2019-04-15* The inability to pull up a work list just kills the whole thing. Now it’s not very user friendly as far as seeing your leads.
