## What is Tentastress?

Tentastress är utvecklad för att hjälpa dig som är student att prestera ditt bästa genom att bättre hantera tentaångest, stress och orosmoment kopplade till studier.

Innehållet är framtaget av psykolog Fredrik Borg och innehåller enkla men kraftfulla självhjälpsövningar hämtade från KBT och ACT samt tips och tricks för studietiden. Mindre modifikationer av övningarna har gjorts för att passa in i studentkontexten. 

Appen är till för dig som upplever måttlig stress och oro kopplade till studier. Appen bör inte ses som en ersättning för psykologisk behandling. Om du upplever mycket ångest, stress eller oro rekommenderar vi istället att du tar kontakt med studenthälsan eller vårdcentral för att träffa en personlig samtalskontakt.
