Those with annual pass are apparently out of luck (and lost money). You can’t even login to book one most of the time and then when you finally do get in the app is buggy. Just like AirBnb, VRBO, etc. Seems shady to not give you that option. They charge your card before you are allowed to ask questions. Also, when booking we did not receive any kind of confirmation email. As of right now I still have no idea if my stay is confirmed, or what the address is. They simply charged the card.
