This is a awesome app on Aikido and I wanna thank Melissa that she provided  for me in finding a school here in Columbus, Ohio however, I won’t be able to attend it because I’m looking at getting  knee surgery. In the meantime I will be able to work out on my own at home with this app and the best thing at my own pace
