Really do not recommend this app. Better to find recommended therapists from people you know.

### 1/5 — Inconsistent policy and lack of support

I had a very disappointing experience with this platform. I missed a scheduled paid session ($54) due to a last-minute emergency involving my pet and contacted support shortly after to explain the situation.
Their policy states that in case of emergencies, users should contact support for assistance, which I did. However, I was told the session was considered completed with no refund or rescheduling because I did not notify them in advance—even though emergencies cannot be anticipated.
They also state that cases can be reviewed within 48 hours, which I followed, but my request was still denied.
Overall, the response felt inconsistent with their own policies and lacked empathy, especially for a mental health service. I would not recommend this platform.

Buen app pero la plataforma para entrar en el app no te deja iniciar sesión, tienes que abrirlo solo por el computador o por el navegador.
